Andy Lee and former European Champion Mamadou Thiam will tip the scales at The George Hotel in Limerick at 1:30pm tomorrow (Friday) as they weigh in ahead of Saturday's Yanjing Fight Night at The University Sports Arena.
Lee and Thiam had been due to come face to face on Tuesday but the Paris based knockout artist's arrival was delayed following a cancelled flight so they will finally go head to head at tomorrow's weigh in. |

Unbeaten Cuban heavyweight Mike Perez is promising double trouble on the Yanjing Fight Night in Limerick on Saturday as he bids to enter the record books by fighting twice on the same night in officially recorded professional bouts.
Perez features on the undercard of Andy Lee's clash with former European Champion Mamadou Thiam and he's hoping to make the boxing word sit up and take notice with an incredible double. |

The fight week build up to Andy Lee's clash with former European Champ Mamadou Thiam on the Yanjing Fight Night on Saturday, May 15th in Limerick kicks off in earnest next Tuesday (12 noon - 2 pm) when the two men come face to face for the first time at the Crescent Shopping Centre in the city.
This free event is open to the public and RTÉ's Jimmy Magee will be the master of ceremonies with the boxers also participating in a public workout with a boxing ring specially erected for the occasion in one of Ireland's biggest shopping complexes. |
